ENGINE #1 – 1,250gpm, 1,000 gallon tank, gas generator

2000 Freightliner FL80, Manufactured by Luverne Fire Apparatus

Platte Fire Department will be selling Engine #1 via sealed bid later this year, we are expecting delivery of a new apparatus ~November of 2025.  Successful bidder will be able take delivery of this Apparatus once the new Apparatus has been delivered as the current Engine is still in service.  Pump and Pump Transfer Case was recently rebuilt.  Unit has current pump tests.  Engine currently has 15,364 miles.  Details on sealed bid procedure will be released at a later time.  We will reserve the right to reject and bids.  Apparatus can be viewed by contacting a department officer.
